Sarah Furneaux-Blick is a registered Art Psychotherapist and has worked with children and young people therapeutically for 10 years. As an art therapist, Sarah use creativity and art making as a means of communication and understanding. As sometimes, finding words can be hard. The arts offer an approach to therapy which is dynamic and thoughtful. Sarah prominently works with families, children and young people offering one-to-one or dyadic sessions. Art therapy enables the work to happen at the children or young person’s pace and on their terms.
Sarah is a trauma informed practitioner and has worked with; grief, adoption, developmental trauma, self-harm, anxiety, eating disorder, low mood, stress, OCD and low self-esteem.Sarah is also a neurodivergent therapist and enjoys working with children/young people who are neurodivergentthemselves. Coming to counselling can initially be a little daunting. I can help you feel welcome in a safe space where I offer empathy,acceptance and validation. We can take things one-step at a time, which will allow you to feel valued and heard.
In addition to offering therapy in my practice, I also work as a primary school counsellor. I have had previous experience working in social care and for many years worked as a primary school teacher. I am a parent to 2 adult children, who have given me insight and empathy into their challenging journey through childhood, adolescence and into adulthood.
I am fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor, with over with 8 years’ experience in working with children, young people and adults. I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP).

Bo BloomfieldEMDR Therapist
Bo is an EMDR Therapist having completed the EMDR Europe Standard Accredited Training. Bo is particularly interested in and has experience in working therapeutically with trauma. Her original training was relational, and she works from the fundamental belief that therapeutic change comes about through the systematic use of the therapeutic relationship; her intention is to provide an interpersonally focused relationship which both contains and holds the client work as the client's goals are actively worked towards. The key task is to create an empowering alliance with the client by communicating the attitudes and skills of the person-centred approach. By creating a climate of warmth, trust, genuineness and respect, Bo's attention and energy are firmly focused on the collaborative nature of therapeutic relationship.
Bo Bloomfield is also a senior accredited practitioner with twenty-five years practice working with children, adolescents, and adults. She has worked in the education sector counselling clients at primary and secondary school, and at college and university.
